PHYSICAL WELLNESS

Hi, I'm Cate. I'm a 65 yr. old Health Educator that was obese and my Type 2 Diabetes was out of control. I am thankful for The Doctors TV Show, the authors of "The Diabetes Solution" and the YMCA for helping me turn my diabetes around to look my healthiest for my TV debut! All without medication! I did it naturally with diet and exercise! You can do it too!

I teach CPR, First Aid and Preventive Health Practices classes in California. I train Child Care Providers and the community how to help our "little ones" in an emergency and how they can be healthier and safer in home and child care settings.

I want to live a long, strong and healthy life! So, I try to eat healthy, avoid poisoning from personal and household products, buy organic foods when possible, use skin care and cosmetics free of harmful ingredients and use natural household cleaners that help protect the environment too.
